Motor orientation

Positive direction is defined at the output-shaft face.

Invert is clockwise or counter-clockwise looking at the output-shaft face, never the rear cover. Set it in SWYFT Link: Config → Motor Output → Inverted.

Counter-clockwise, negative command, output face — **Counter-clockwise** (blue). A negative command turns this way.

Clockwise, positive command, output face — **Clockwise** (red). A positive command turns this way.

NOTE:

Factory invert is TBD. If the mechanism runs the wrong way, invert in SWYFT Link.

Pick one robot-wide convention (for example: positive extends the elevator). Invert each motor so driver-positive and software-positive match that convention.
