Faults
Hardware trips cut output. Status lights first, then SWYFT Link.
A hardware trip disables the motor until the condition clears. Thermal trip at 85 °C is one of those trips. Light patterns: Status lights
| Event | What you see | Action |
|---|---|---|
| Over-temperature | Over-temp pattern. Output cut. | Cool down. Lower stator limit or duty. Clear the jam. |
| Hardware fault | Fault pattern. Output cut. | Read the fault in SWYFT Link. Do not re-enable into the same jam. |
| Undervoltage | Will not arm below UVLO. | Check battery, breaker, and connections. UVLO is 6–20 V. |
| E-stop / DS disable | Output coasts or neutrals. | Support any load that was held by motor torque. |
WARNING:
E-stop coasts the output. Do not test it on a motor holding a load in the air.
